Michael Anthony Carrasco

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Ballard Funeral Home for Michael Anthony Carrasco, 25, who passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. Burial will follow at Memory Lawn Memorial Park.

Michael was born August 25, 1997 in Carlsbad, NM to Florence Nancy Carrasco Utter. He was a very colorful person and was always there for everyone when he could be, he was a person you wanted to know. Michael was loved and cherished very dearly and will be missed very much.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his mother Florence Utter; brothers Alfredo Murillo and Lorenzo Leyba; sister Megan Utter; grandmother Dina Villa; uncles and aunts Christine Carrasco, Roc Utter, Evangeline Miller, Michael Villa and Rebecca Villa; nieces and nephews Ayden Murillo, Rylie Murillo, Devyn Murillo, Annalysa Prudencio, Mia Murillo and Londyn Murillo. Michael was preceded in death by his great grandmother and great grandfather Donna Lee and Stan Ray Bobst.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Lorenzo Leyba, Alfredo Murillo, Matthew Smith, Dominick Bray, Lencho Leyba, Megan Utter, Michael Villa, and Jorge Vera.
