Zona L. Crespin

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, November 22,

2006 at 10:00 a.m. at Ballard Funeral Chapel for Zona L.

Crespin who passed away on November 17, 2006 . Zona

was born on April 30, 1930 in Shamrock, Texas.

She is survived by Diana Montoya and husband Melvin of

Roswell, Son- in-law Bill Chambers of Manzanola, CO. Her

grandchildren are Cynthia Smith and husband T.J. of Roswell,

Deborah Sumruld and husband Michael of Hermitage, TN., Robert

Chambers and wife Tommie of Cheraw, CO., Brandon Chambers

and wife Cindy of Fowler, CO., Bradley Archuleta and wife

Kimberly of Salem OR. , Berny Perkins and husband Shane of

Colorado City, CO., and twenty- four great- grandchildren.

Siblings include; a brother Sonny Stovall and wife Mary, another

brother Jim Stovall and Mary, a sister Betty Lintner and Duane,

and numerous nieces and nephews.

Zona was preceded in death by her mother Viola Stovall, her

father Charlie Lightner, Sisters Margie Hennington and Charlene

Davis, and daughter Susie Chambers.

Zona spent most of her life as a bookkeeper and retired from

White Mattress Company, in Roswell. She volunteered at the

Community Kitchen and was a member of First Christian Church.

She will be greatly missed.

The family will be receiving guests on Wednesday following the

memorial service at 2007 N. Louisiana, in Roswell.
