There will be no services held for Wendell Affsprung 71, who passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2011 at Sunset Villa Care Center. Wendell was cremated per his wishes.
Wendell was born October 8, 1940 in Wood River. He is survived by his wife Jo Affsprung son Carl Affsprung a brother and two sisters and her grandson Christopher Affsprung. Wendell is preceded in death by his son Andrew Affsprung.
Wendell lived in Roswell for over thirty years and worked as a Professor at New Mexico Military Institute.
