Wannema White

Funeral services are scheduled for 11 A.M., Thursday January 2, 2014 at Waymaker Church for Wannema White, 67, who passed away Sunday, December 29, 2013 in Albuquerque, NM. Mark Green will be officiating with burial to follow at Memory Lawn Memorial Park.

Wannema was born July 30, 1946 in Roswell, NM to Lee Towler and Leeosia Hoosier Towler. Her parents preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death are her husband Jay White and her sisters Neva Dove, Mareeta Parker and Wanda Lane and great grandson Gunner Kreutzberg.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sisters Jean Bristow, Lou Stevens, Johnnie Knight, Oleta Mask and Estelle Russell sons Fred Kreutzberg of Roswell, NM, Joe Smith and wife Beth of Roswell, NM and Marc Smith and wife Michelle of Belen, NM, daughters Deborah Willard and husband Robert of Marietta, GA and Robin Smith of Roswell, NM grandchildren: Ben Kreutzberg, and wife Bonnie, Chelsea Samario, and husband Joe, Kayla Benitez, and husband Omar, Somer Willard, Lawson Willard, great grandchildren: Omar Benitez, Jr., Mariah Samario, Lacey Kreutzberg, Gilbert Benitez, Saleena Samario, Azaleeya Benitez, Jonathan Benitez, Piper Kreutzberg, Dustin Kreutzberg, and Kolton Kreutzberg.

Pallbearers will be Joe Samario, Omar Benitez, P.J. Raimer, Manual K. Payne, Ryan Payne, and Nathan Payne.

Wannema was a lifelong resident of Roswell, NM. She loved to spend time with her kids and grandkids. She was very kind, generous and accepting of all and always put the needs of others before her own. She loved to cook and take care of all her family and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
