Vicki Smith

Vicki was born on October 22, 1956 in Lancaster California to Maxine and Don Von. She passed away on August 11, 2017 in her home surrounded by family and friends.
Vicki graduated College as a Phi Theta Kappa. She was a nursing assistant, receptionist, bookkeeper, homeschool teacher, as well as an accomplished musician. She also served her church as a door greeter.
She is survived by her husband Elmer Smith Sr of Roswell, NM; sister Anita Smith of Utah; Son Michael and wife Kristy Cox & their children Marcos, Michael and Matthew Cox of Roswell, NM, son Daniel and wife Janeth Cox & their children K-Din and Teresa Cox of Roswell, NM; and 27 grandchildren and multiple great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother Maxine "Willie" Allen and Step Father C.E Allen.
She was loved by many family & friends.
We would like to send out a special thanks to Church on the Move, Care takers (stepdaughter Tammie Smith and Granddaughter Sarah Denton) & Home Hospice.
Services will be held at Church On The Move on Saturday August 19, 2017 at 10:00am with Pastor Troy Smothermon officiating. Following the memorial service a luncheon will be held at the 180 building and will be provided by COTM to accommodate family and friends.
