Veronica Joy Woods Mullins

A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00p.m., Saturday, April 5, 2008 at First Baptist Church301 E. Snyder, Hobbs, NM 88240 for Veronica Joy Woods Mullins, 46 of Roswell who passed away April 2, 2008 at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center. Veronica was cremated according to her wishes.

Veronica was born on February 24, 1962 in Washington, Indiana to Ronald Earl Zollars and Sharon Joy Hoss.

She married Robert Wayne Mullins on December 16, 2005 in Hobbs, NM. He survives her at the family home.

Veronica is also survived by her daughter: Sharon Veronique Brown and companion Bryan Eugene Hodges of Des Moines, Iowa and her children Troy Jayce Brown, Jaden Anthony Brown, Allyson Renee Nutty; her daughter; Valarie Renee Hooven and Jacob Kendrink of Lovington, NM and there children Dakoda Chace Hooven and Bailey Jade Kendrink ; and her son: Ronald Earl Woods and wife Rachel of Lovington, NM; her mother: Sharon Maldonado and husband Pete of Roswell, NM; her father: Ronald Earl Zollars of Petersburg, Indiana; her brother: Philip Earl Zollars and wife Aurora of Roswell; her sisters: Jennifer Zollars and companion Jess House of Benicia, California and her children Matthew, Paula and Alexandre Bartolome; and her sister: Melinda Zollars of Jasper, Indiana; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Veronica was employed by Walgreens for over 17 years working in Roswell, NM, Hobbs, NM and Des Moines, Iowa. Veronica was also known as Queen of Karaoke in Lea County where she and her husband Robert worked together and made many happy memories for the people they performed for. She will be dearly missed by all of her many friends and co workers, and especially missed by her family that loved her smile, laugh, sense of humor and love.
