A memorial graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 16, 2007 at Hagerman Cemetery for Thelma Bailey, 90, of Dexter, NM who passed away Sunday, February 11, 2007. Pastor Stephen Deutsch will officiate.

Thelma was born November 26, 1916 in Fargo, TX to Marvin Bradstreet and Eula Davee Bradstreet. Both parents precede her in death.

Thelma married Wesley R. Bailey on September 1, 1936 in Amarillo, TX. He preceded her in death in 1997.

Thelma is survived by her son Danny Bailey of Hagerman, NM; her daughters: Winone Pilley and husband Wayne of Hagerman, NM, Anita Johnson and husband Richard of Dexter, NM, Sue Ridgley and husband Lawrence of Cleveland, TN, Cherry Mays of Blythe, CA and Becky Steman and husband Mark of Lake Havasu City, AZ; a brother: Roy Bradstreet of Wheeler, TX; her sisters: Rosalie Keelin of Wheeler, TX, Floy Larkin of Pampa, TX, and Joy Garrison of Borger, TX; 32 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and close friends old and new.

Thelmas greatest love was her family. Her babies brought her the most comfort, joy and happiness. She took great pride in being a homemaker and everyone knew they were always welcome anytime. The sight of hummingbirds, green grass, beautiful flowers and her babies outside her window brought her great contentment.
