Graveside Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday May 12, 2008 at South Park Cemetery for Teresa G. Zamora, 93, of Roswell, who passed away May 8, 2008 at a local nursing center. Vista Care Chaplin, Cecil Kimberlin will officiate.

Teresa was born July 23, 1914 in Lincoln, New Mexico to Patricio Gamboa and Casimira Gonzalez. They both preceded her in death as well as her son; Ruben Zamora, daughter; Maryland Margaret Zamora, brothers; Adolph and Francisco Gamboa; sister; Isbelle Juarez, three grandchildren; Margaret Matta, Gabriel and John Arias.

Teresa married John B. Zamora in Lincoln County in 1936. He also preceded her in death. She was a housewife and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist faith.

Teresa is survived by her sons; Gene Zamora and wife Dianne, Lee Zamora and wife Deborah of Roswell, New Mexico, Ernest E. Zamora and wife Angelica of Albuquerque, New Mexico, daughters; Mary Matta and husband Vincent of Roswell, New Mexico, Edith Arias and husband Robert of El Paso, Texas, 19 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
