Stella Winkleman

Stella Worley Jennings Winkleman, 87, of San Benito, TX, formally of Roswell, passed away August 30, 2015. Born August 24, 1918 in Blum, TX, her parents were David S. & Pearl J. Worley.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt. She was a caring friend to many. She loved traveling, music, but most of all dancing.

Stella is survived by her children, Donna Earnest (Keith), Lynda Goodman (Evan) and Raymond P. Jennings, Jr (Judy); 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and sister Pearl L. Mason. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Legare; her parents; 5 brothers and 5 sisters.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2015 from 5 to7 pm at Ballard Funeral Home. Graveside services are scheduled for Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 10 am at Memory Lawn Memorial Park with Pastor Troy Grant of Berrendo Baptist Church officiating.
