Sheila Cordellia Samario

A rosary will be held 7:00 p.m., Thursday, December 18, 2008 at St. Johns Catholic Church for Sheila Cordellia Samario, 43, of Roswell who passed away December 12, 2008 at her home. A funeral mass will be held on10:00 a.m., Friday, December 19, 2008 at St. Johns Catholic Church. Fr. Juan Montoya, O.F.M of St. Johns Catholic Church will officiate. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery.

Sheila was born on May 14, 1965 in Roswell, New Mexico to Gonzalo and Mary Rose Samario. Her father survives her at the family home. Her mother precedes her in death as well as her grandparents Florendino Samario and Consuelo Samario

Sheila is survived by her son: Louie Gonzalez III; her daughters: Marisa Samario and Angel Gonzalez; brothers: Jessy Joe Samario, Robert Medina and Floid Yassie; sisters: Evangelina Samario, Camilla Samario; step sisters: Peggie Montoya, Elaine Montoya, Melinda Montoya and Edie Montoya; as well as three grandchildren: Luis Cuevas Jr. Angel Cuevas and Eliana Samario; and her Godson: Gregorio Varela. ; She is also survived by three children she helped raise and played a special part in their lives: Richard Thyberg, Gabriel Thyberg and Priscilla Samario Galvan.

Sheila enjoyed life, dedicated to her children and her family she always was smiling about something and made everyone feel loved. Good hearted and always in a rush.

Pallbearers will be Gabriel Thyberg, Richard Thyberg, Felix Reese, Larry Medina, Joe Varela, Jessy Joe Samario, Roy Page, Robert Hernandez Jr. and Rudy De Leon. Honorary Pallbearers will be Priscilla Samario Galvan, Evangelina Samario, Maris Samario, Josie Medina, Camilla Samario and Pete Vasquez.
