SHARIE F. CHESSER

Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Friday, July 6, 2012 at South Park Cemetery for SHARIE F. CHESSER, 76, of Roswell who passed away on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at a local hospital.

She was born Sept 1, 1935 in Herford, Texas to Orland L. and Jimmie Clark Wilson of who have preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her husband, James Bob Fowler in 1977. Mrs. Chesser was a homemaker, was the cofounder of WilsonCobb History and Genealogy Research Library and she volunteered there for years. She was very active with the DAR. Her hobbies included traveling to research genealogy libraries, oil painting and miniatures.

Survivors include one son, Thomas Fowler of Roswell, one daughter Suzann Herford of Wisc. two grandchildren, Robert Herron of Texas and Jennifer Tavzel of Virginia and three great grandchildren, Shelby Bryce Herron, Katelynne Marie Tavezel and Tristyn Michael Tavezel.

Arrangements are under the direction of Ballard Funeral Home and Crematory.
