A rosary is scheduled for 7 pm, Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Ballard Funeral Home Chapel for Ryan Edemann, 38, who passed away Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center.
A mass is scheduled for 12:10 pm, Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Assumption Catholic Church with Father Joseph Pacquing officiating. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9 to 4 pm, Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Ballard Funeral Home.
Ryan was born July 31, 1977 in Springfield, Missouri to Thomas Edemann and Marilyn Sharp.
Those left to cherish his memory are his mother Marilyn Sharp Cox; father Tom Edemann; step-father Chuck Cox; in-laws Telo Cortes and Beth Sifuentes; wife Alma Cortes; son Austin Cortes-Edemann; sisters Lindsey Edemann and Sloan Edemann; step-sister Stephanie Cox and brothers-in-law Eleuterio Cortes and Joseph Cortes and wife Kim.
Ryan lived in Roswell, NM for the past seven years coming from Grapevine, TX. He was of the Catholic faith and a member of Assumption Catholic Church. Ryan graduated from Grapevine High School in 1996; he then proceeded to college at ENMU-Roswell in the A&P Aviation Maintenance Program and graduated in 2014. Ryan worked as an airplane mechanic for Aersale. He loved cooking, sports and hunting but the things he loved the most was playing with his son and spending time with his family and friends.
