Ruben “Pakson” Lascano
Pakson went to be with the Lord at the age of 63. He was born January 16, 1958 in Crane, Texas.
Pakson moved to Hagerman as a young child. Hagerman is where he met his “sweetheart” and raised his 5 boys. Pakson loved all sports, especially football. He was a lifetime Cowboys fan. He shared that love of football with his sons. Aside from his love of football and the cowboys, he was a proud, proud grandpa. Those that knew him knew that his grandkids held a very special place in his heart. He would do anything for them and his kids, well anyone for that matter. He loved spending time in the mountains at his favorite camp site with his wife, kids and grandkids. He had such a big heart and would help anybody in need. He was an active member of First Baptist Church Hagerman and Hagerman Lions Club.
He was proceeded in death by Sesario (father), Elpidia (mom), Robert (brother) and Benton (grandson).
He is survived by his loving wife, Judy of 40 years. Lovingly remembered by his sons, Ruben Jr., Jared and wife Kayla, Josh and wife Kristin, Cody, and Jordan. Grandchildren, Riley, Abby, Kaylee, Joshua, Abryelle, Kensington and Avaleigh. Brothers, David and wife Rebecca, Rey, and wife Sue. Sisters, Mary and husband Pete, Helen, and husband Antonio. Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
