Richard Wayne Parker

Service will be held at First United Methodist Church in Hagerman, New Mexico on Tuesday, September 18, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. for Richard W. Parker who passed away September 14, 2007 at his residence. Rev. Ron Moon will officiate. Mr. Parker will lie in state at the Ballard Funeral Home in Hagerman from noon Sunday until noon on Tuesday. Burial will follow at the Hagerman Cemetery.

Richard was born November 6, 1939 to Roy Buck Parker and Bernice Rice Parker. His parents preceded him in death.

Richard was a beloved father, brother, grandfather and friend to all. He was an avid bobcat fan, he will be missed by all. He touched and enriched the lives of many. Richard is survived by his wife Jackie Lee Parker, son; Ricky Wayne Parker, daughter-in-law, Tammy Parker Sellards, grandchildren; Arlo Sellards, Michelle Parker, brothers; Frank Parker wife Arbutus, Monroe Parker wife Ellen, Cecil Parker, Rodney Parker, sisters; Louise Perry husband Junior, Elsie husband Franklyn, Helen Noyes, Donna Morley husband Adriane, and numerous nieces and nephews..
