Richard J. Kaminski

A memorial service is scheduled for 6 pm, Friday, April 6, 2012 at Ballard Chapel for Richard Kaminski, 72, who passed away on Sunday, April 1, 2012 in Roswell.

Richard was born January 14, 1940 in Randolph, Wisconsin to Maximus and Ethel Olaughlin Kaminski. Both his parents preceded him death. He is also preceded in death by his three brothers William Kaminski, Jerome Kaminski and Bernard Kaminski.

Richard is survived by his sons John Kaminski and wife Maria of Denver, CO., Joseph and James Kaminski of Beaver Dam, WI. daughter Brenda Kaminski Quincy and husband Mike of Burlington, NC brother Robert Kaminski and wife Roxanne of Milwaukee, WI. sisters Rosemary Minnema and Richard of Portage, WI and Kathryn Schoemann of WI his granddaughter Morgan Kaminski of Beaver Dam, WI and numerous nieces and nephews.

Richard lived in Roswell since 1995 coming from Madison, WI. He was active in Chaves County Democratic Party. Richard served on a Governors Task Force for the disabled and he was very well known for evocating for the disabled in Roswell.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 2021 Girard Boulevard Suite 112, Albuquerque, NM 871063100.
