Ricardo “ Cardz” Nuñez
With great sadness, we announce the passing of Ricardo J. Nuñez. Ricardo was born on July 7, 1958, to Antonia and Raymond Nuñez in Roswell N.M. Ricardo was a special friend to many.
He was an awesome father, the best Papo ever and a great father figure to all his nieces and nephews. He was a jokester, always telling jokes and making everyone laugh. He truly cherished being a Papo and loved his grandkids with all his heart.
He was our comedian to our sad days and awkward silence. He loved to go fishing and hunting with his son. He loved playing the drums and watching his Dallas Cowboys play, he especially loved his furry best friend “Tiny”. We will miss “Papos famous tea” and his goodie bags for his grandbabies.
He was an awesome artist who passed down his passion of drawing of painting to his granddaughters. He had a short temper sometimes but also had the biggest heart. He was an intelligent man. He knew how to fix anything that was broken. Anytime anyone needed anything fixed they would call uncle cardz.
He loved to spread his knowledge by teaching his son and grandsons how to fix things. His favorite place in the world would be fishing with his son and grandsons. He was always there for us and all who needed him. He was a great son, a loving father, the best Papo, uncle and brother and a good friend to many.
He will be dearly missed. Rest Easy Dad, Your Finally Home!
A special thanks to Dr. Anna Arnette
