Reyes S. Duran

Our beloved mother, Reyes S. Duran, passed away January 7, 2025 at the age of 95. She was born at home in Dexter to Ysidro and Manuelita Sisneros.

She is survived by her children, Henry (Maria) Alaniz; Jackie (Jim) Angelos and Teresa Duran. And grandchildren, Dennis Alaniz; Valerie Elmore, Eric Alaniz, Rita Dickenson;

Nicole Jurado-Gonzalez, Kellie Ann Jurado-Simoni and Jimmie Angelos. She also had many great-grandchildren and even great-great-grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister Beatrice Vigil and a special friend Mr. Roy HIll.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eloy S. Duran, a granddaughter, Regina Batista and a grandson, Darrel Reyes Duran.

On Tuesday, January 14, 2025 a rosary service will be held at 1:30 pm followed by a funeral mass at 2 pm at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Roswell, 2800 N. Kentucky Ave. Honorary Pallbearers will be her grandchildren. 

Our Mother will be remembered because of all her good works.
