Rayford James Henson

Friends may assemble at 310 N. York in Hagerman at 3:00 p.m. for a memorial gathering for Rayford James Henson, 57, of Hagerman who passed away June 17, 2007 at his home. A graveside service is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., Thursday, June 21, 2007 at Hagerman Cemetery. Mike Joy will officiate. Rayford was cremated according to his wishes.

Rayford was born on November 15, 1950 in Casper, Wyoming to Raymond and Geraldine Schlotterbach Henson. Both parents have preceded him in death.

Rayford is survived by his son: Rayford Scott Henson and wife Michelle of Hagerman; his daughter: Jennifer Bratcher and husband Earl of Artesia; his brothers: Billy Henson and wife Cindy, Victor Henson and wife Jane and Bobby Henson and wife Sheryl all of Hagerman; his sister: Fran Silva and husband Larry of Artesia; his grandchildren: Dax Bratcher, Tyler Henson, Payton Henson, Lauren Henson and Ariana Luevano; his nieces and nephews: Jackie, Josh Henson, Billy Ray, Jenilee, Robert, Michelle Felix and Jerame Henson.

Rayford was a life long resident of Hagerman and worked as a truck driver. He was a Hogg member and a member of Church of Christ
