A rosary is scheduled for 7:00 p.m., Thursday, July 24, 2008 at the Ballard Chapel in Roswell for Rance Parks, 47, of Phoenix, Arizona who passed away July 19, 2008 in Phoenix, AZ. A funeral mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 25, 2008 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Mission Parish in Dexter. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery
Rance was born on January 9, 1961 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Charles K. Parks and Mary Frances Lucas Parks.
Rance married Ruby Mireles Parks on May 14, 1993 in Huston, TX. She survives him at the family home
Rance is also survived by daughter; Deirdre from Albuquerque, NM and son John from Phoenix, AZ; his father Charles K. Parks from Grapevine, TX; his brothers: Greg Parks and wife Pam of Aledo, TX, Tyler Parks and wife Hope of Providence Village, TX; his sister: Dena Klover and partner Michael Kessler of Las Vegas, NV; four nieces and one nephew; Also survived by the Mireles, Brady, and Natividad families of Dexter.
His preceded in death by his grandparents, his mother, Frances Lucas Parks and his father in law, Eloy Mireles.
He was a resident of Phoenix, AZ for four years. He was employed by ICEE for over 20 years as an ICEE Technician.
Pallbearers will be Lawrence Brady, Eloy Mireles Jr., Tommy Mireles, Abel Mireles, Poncho Matta, Marc Mireles. Honorary Pallbearers will be John Garcia, Greg Parks, Tyler Parks, Eddy Mireles and Gilbert Mireles.
