Our beloved, Rachel Salinas, passed on to her heavenly home with Jesus on Tuesday, September 8, 2015.
She was born on March 25

She was born on March 25, 1931 to Victor and Epifania Salinas in Roswell, NM. She is survived by her two sisters, Ernestina Crawford and Mary Helen Smith and brother, Ernesto Salinas. She had many nieces and nephews whom she had a close "grandmotherly" relationship with.

Rachel was greatly loved and respected by many for her kind and caring ways. As a woman of strong Christian faith, she touched the lives of many people in her family, church and community. She was a talented pianist who loved to sing and often played the piano to her heart's content. Rachel will be greatly missed! SERVICE INFORMATION: A viewing is scheduled for Friday, September 11, 2015 from 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM at Ballard Funeral Home in Roswell.

The memorial service will be held Saturday, September 12 at 10:00 AM at Iglesia Bautista Hispana El Calvario.
