The family would like to extend a very warm and heartfelt thank you to Christie Velasco and Naomi Melendez for taking such good care of Perry.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that those who remember Perry take a moment to celebrate his life in your own special way; it would have made Perry very happy to know that someone thought of him with a smile on their face.
