Peggie Lou Goodall
A graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 10, 2009 at Memory Lawn Memorial Park for Peggie Lou Goodall, 78, of Roswell who passed away December 8, 2009 at her home. Chaplin Major Daniel Musgrave of NMMI will officiate.
Peggie was born on November 15, 1931 in McEwen, Tennessee to Isaac Allen Dunn and Ina G. Morris. Her parents have preceded her in death.
Peggie married William L. Goodall on June 30, 1949 in Evansville, Indiana. Her husband survives her at the family home.
Peggie is also survived by her son: William R. Goodall and his wife Wilma of Roswell; her daughter: Penney L. Cardona and husband Sam of Roswell; her sister: Delores A. Anderson and husband Vic of Denver, CO; her grandchildren: Kris Cardona of Roswell, William Bradley Goodall of Colorado Springs, CO, Libby Goodall of Tucson, AZ; her great grandchildren: Aaliyah and Natalie Bennett of Tucson, AZ; as well as a special pet, Cricket and a large extended family.
Peggie has lived in Roswell since 1959 and worked as a secretary. She was a past member of the ABWA and enjoyed sewing and going fishing.
The family would like to give special thanks to Stacy, Laura, Angel, Carol and the staff at Vista Care Hospice for the care given to Peggie during the past two years.
