A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at South Park Cemetery for Pearl Elizabeth Allison, 82 of Roswell, who passed away on November 14, 2008 in Georgia. Rev. Danny Sons of Midway Assembly of God and Doyle Washichek will officiate.

Pearl was born in Erick, OK to S.D. Nutt and Ruth Mae Lord Nutt. She married the love of her life Wallace Allison on July 1, 1945. Wallace preceded her in death as well as both parents, one son Alan Allison, two grandsons; Cameron Washichek, and Aaron Washichek, her brothers; Herman Nutt, Clarence BillNutt, James Nutt and her sister Bertha Peppers.

Pearl was the ultimate Proverbs 31:10-31 woman, her love for her Lord and God radiated in every area of her life. She attended schools at Dabney and Texola, OK. She continued her education at ORU Baptist University later teaching in a one room rural school, grades 1-8 in the Shiloh Community. Pearl was a member of Midway Assembly of God church for almost 30 years. She loved to be with her family, and reading good books. Her favorite game to play was Scrabble. She would love to pray and listen to music. She never tired of playing more Scrabble.

Her survivors include her sisters; Gladys and her husband T.C. Hoffman of Bastrop, Texas, Ola Mae and her husband C.B. Crook of Sayre, OK, her son Don Allison and his wife Lynn of Roswell, daughters; Bobbye Ray of Dacula, GA, Brenda Washichek and her husband Doyle of Roswell, six grandchildren; Kristi Naylor and Scott, Gary Allison and Misty, Brian Ray and Angela, Tommy Ray, Michael Ray, Tamara Bechtel and Jeff. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephew, other relatives, friends and loved ones.

Honorary pallbearers will be Pearls grandchildren.

Our mom and grandma with her beautiful blue eyes and loving heart will be so missed.
