Odette Louise Ahloo

No local services will be held for Odette L. Ahloo, 95, of Roswell who passed away on November 2, 2009 at Mission Arch Care Center. Odette was born on October 6, 1914 in Mobile, Alabama to William and Louise Rogers. She married Al Ahloo in 1964 in Honolulu, Hawaii. She was preceded in death by her husband also her daughter Yvonne Sieg and a great grandson David Allen Sieg. She is survived by a son Albert Lise in Grass Valley, CA and Daughter Lenore in Loyalton, CA, a son in law, John R. Sieg and 3 grandchildren, John and David of Roswell and Belinda Hammond of Artesia and many great and great, great grandchildren. Odette worked for the Matson Cruise Lines out of Honolulu for 30 years and was a member of Seamans Int. Union and was with food service on the ships S.S. Mariposa and the Presidents, S.S. Cleveland, S.S. Wilson and the S.S. Monterey on the Pacific run for 30 years. She grew up in Sonoma, CA where she will be laid to rest; the family wants to thank the staff at Mission Arch Care Center and the Staff of the Hospice.
