Noel truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures such as playing with her nieces and nephews, ride bikes, drawing chalk pictures, cheering at sports events, and playing silly games. She loved traveling with her family and especially spending evenings listening to music while visiting with friends and family. Noel was loved by so many who will remember her contagious dimpled smile.
