A graveside service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Monday, May 24, 2010 at South Park Cemetery for Mildred Millie Bryan, 81, of Roswell who passed away May 20, 2010 in Lubbock, TX. Pastor Rick Hale of Grace Community Church will officiate.
Millie was born on October 26th 1928 in Beebe, Arkansas to Alva Charles Moore and Allie Mae Thompson Moore. Her parents have preceded her in death.
Millie married Jack H. Bryan on November 28, 1947 in Big Spring, TX. Her husband survives her at the family home.
Millie is also survived by her sons: Tommy A. Bryan and wife Svea of Ft. Worth, TX and Richard N. Bryan and wife Debbie of Tyler, TX her daughter: Jackie Breitenbach and husband Allan of Farmington, NM her grandchildren: Harley Bryan of Tyler, TX, Savanah Bryan of Tyler, TX, Jarod Bryan of Las Cruces,NM, Denise Smith of Rio Rancho, NM, Robert Breitenbach of Denver, Co, Teresa Collins and husband Chris of Ft. Worth, TX, and Tracy Bryan of Ft. Worth, TX her great grandchildren: Haley and Hannah Smith, Wyatt and Logan Collins, Jack Bryan, and Samantha and Brendan Collins.
Millie has lived in Roswell since 1958. She worked and retired from the Chaves County Treasurers office. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Pallbearers will be Jarod Bryan, Richard Bryan, Tommy Bryan, Harley Bryan, Rick Callaway, Larry Curtis, Roy Miles, and Troy Winham.
