Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. , Friday, September 21, 2007 at South Park Cemetery for Michael Ellsworth Collins, 70, of Roswell , who passed September 14, 2007 at his home. Michael was cremated per his wishes.

Michael was born on May 17, 1937 to Louie Lester Collins and Bessie Lynn Weinberg in Tulsa, Oklahoma. His father has preceded him in death.

Michael married Lynda Ann Kirpatrick on December 14, 1984 in Semi Valley , CA. His wife has preceded him in death.

Michael was a decorated veteran of the Vietnam War, earning two gold stars. He served his country faithfully and retired after 21 years of service.

Michael is survived by his mother: Bessie Lynn Weinberg; Daughters: Cristi Nelson, Candi Judd and Casi DiLeva; Sons: Michael Collins, Kirk Victoria, and James Victoria; his grandchildren: April and Brad Nelson, Jackson and Cooper DiLeva, Lynda, Bru, Jessica, Ryan Victoria.

Michael has lived in Roswell for 17 years and worked as a Copy Repair Technician.
