She was born September 14, 1927 in Rising Star, TX to Joe Small and Inabelle Horde Small, both parents preceded her in death. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters Patricia J. Shadrick of Sheridan, WY, Paulette Frost of Roswell, NM, Kathy Burt of Roswell, NM and Paula Chivers of St. George, UT.
