No services will be held at this time for Mary D. Alexander, 73, of Roswell who passed away July 26, 2008 at a local care center. She will be cremated according to her wishes.

Mary was born on June 4, 1934 in Skaneateles, New York to Max Denega and Tekla Wenglowski. Her parents have preceded her in death as well as two sons: Tommy and Johnny Alexander and three brothers.

Mary was survived by her son Michael Alexander and wife Paula of Lewiston, New York; her sister Ann Modafferi and husband Duke of Syracuse, New York; her care taker: Eddie Trujillo better known as uncle Eddie; as well as several special nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; and four grandchildren.

Mary has lived in Roswell for 40 years moving here from Syracuse, NY. Mary was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church, The Joy Center, Senior Circle. She was also a member of the American Legion Drum ,Bugle Corp and I.A.V. Drum Corps for 10 years in Syracuse, New York She enjoyed bowling and crafts.
