Funeral services are scheduled for 10am, Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at Ballard Funeral Home Chapel for Manuel De Jesus Salamanca, 76, who passed away Friday May 27, 2011 at his home. David Perez of Salon del Reino de los Testigos de Jehova will officiate. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, May 29, 2011 from 125 pm and Monday from 37 pm at Ballard Funeral Home Chapel.
Manuel was born February 28, 1935 to Felipe and Maria Arcorcha Salamanca in Santa Barbara, Chihuahua, Mexico. They preceded him in death. Manuel was a member of Salon del Reino de los Testigos de Jehova. He is survived by his wife Maria de la Luz Salamanca his daughter, Elizabeth Zavala and her husband Santiago of Roswell his five grandchildren, Manuel Zavala, Damian Zavala, Gamaliel Zavala, Santiago Zavala Jr. and Morayma Zavala.
Pallbearers will be. Santiago Zavala, Manuel Zavala, Aaron Chico, Christian Chico, Mark Salazar and Manuel Chico.
He was loved dearly by his family and will be greatly missed. Fue muy querido por su familia y amistades y lo vamos a extranar mucho.
