Louie Clark Cobos Sr.

Louie Clark Cobos Sr., 70, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 in El Paso, TX. He was born to Jesse Cobos Sr. and Dora Tarin Cobos on March 14, 1953 in Roswell, NM.

Family and work were his passion. His love for music and fast cars was passed down to his children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters and especially his momma and daddy. Louie will be greatly missed by all.

Louie is preceded in death by his parents Jesse Sr. and Dora Cobos; brothers Cylvinio Cobos, Eddie Montoya, Ernie Montoya, Orlando Cobos and Joe Cobos; sisters Eleanor Frizell and Esther Apodaca.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his son Louie Cobos Jr; daughters Lenora Cobos and Kimberly Cobos all of Roswell, NM; brothers Carlos Cobos of Roswell, NM, Jesse Cobos and wife Christine of Mountain Home, ID and Orlando Cobos and wife Erin of Ocean Side, CA; and sister Betty Alvarez; step-mother Margaret Cobos, stepdaughter Ana McCoy of Alexandra, VA and sister-in-law Terri Cobos. Also surviving him are his grandchildren Ciara Cobos, Miguel Cobos, Julian Cobos, Raelynn Jones, Xavier Bealer, Nathan Cobos, Roy Bealer, Jason Bealer Jr., Mateo Rodriguez, Kahlani Cobos and Gabriella Cobos

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Eddie Cobos, Xavier Bealer, Sean Cobos, Roy Bealer,  Julian Cobos and Gabriel Apodaca.

A viewing will be held from 2:00 to 5:00 pm, Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Ballard Funeral Home with a rosary to follow at 5:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, December 15, 2023 at St. John’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery.
