Lidia R. Rico
A rosary is scheduled for 7 pm, Monday, March 12, 2012 at Immaculate Conception Parish in Dexter, NM for Lidia R. Rico, 85, who passed away on Friday, March 9, 2012 in Roswell. A funeral mass is scheduled for 10 am, Tuesday, March 13, 2012 also at Immaculate Conception Parish with Deacon Herrera officiating. Burial will follow at Hagerman Cemetery. Viewing of Lidia will be at 1 pm, Sunday, March 11, 2012 at 304 E. Ballard in Roswell.
Lidia was born August 6, 1926 in Round Rock, Texas to Bruno and Jesusita Rodriguez. Her parents preceded her in death. She married Tom Rico in 1946 in Roswell he also preceded her in death. Lidia is also preceded in death by her sisters Julia Rodriguez, Georgia Acosta, Alejandra Rodriguez and Ysabel Rodriguez daughter Diane Rico brothers Eufemio Rodriguez and Carmen Rodriguez granddaughter Diane Aragon and great granddaughter Arianna Jimenez.
Those she left behind to cherish her memories are her sister Juanita Rodriguez brother Bruno Rodriguez her children Beatrice Rico and husband Jose Luis Hernandez, JoAnn Espinoza and Tom Rico and wife Barbara grandchildren Renee Aragon and Mago Jimenez, Manuel Aragon and JoLisa and Agustin Rubio, BJ and Jose Angel Zavala, Paul Espinoza, Kathleen and Jericho Dutchover, Cecilia Rico and Juan Barrientos and T.J. Rico and Josh Conyers and great grandchildren Azelin Aragon, Eziah Aragon, Noamiah Aragon, Thomas Miranda, Justine and Kevin Meadows, Luis Zavala, Edgar Zavala, Paul Espinoza Jr., Daniel Espinoza, Brianna Dutchover, Annalise Dutchover, Alizai Dutchover, Genessee Dutchover, Elian Rico, Jairick Conyers, Jacob Conyers, Leah Conyers and Emily Conyers.
Lidia was a lifetime resident of Dexter. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Parish in Dexter.
Pallbearers will be Richard Rodriguez, Ray Acosta, Gilbert Rodriguez, Jerry Rodriguez, Manuel Aragon and Paul Espinoza.
