Julia Ferrand

Julia E. Ferrand, age 90, of Roswell passed onto a better place September 21, 2008. She is survived by her son: James Farris and wife Mary of Portales; granddaughters: Lexis Farris and Jaccii Ferris; and grandson: James Farris Jr. and wife Terrie and one sister Mary Swickard.

She was very active in the Salvation Army for many years, also worked for head start and day out at the Senior Center. She loved the children at head start and working at day out also senior circle.

Always making a joke and enjoying life. There will be a graveside service for family only on the 23rd.

Any memorial contributions in her memory may be made to Chaves County Joy Center, Adult Care.
