Joseph Joe S. Wilson Jr. Gods Helping Angel
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2006 at South Park Cemetery for Joseph Joe S. Wilson Jr. 53, of Roswell, who went to be with the Lord on September 19, 2006 at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center. Rev. Richard Smith of Highland Baptist Church will officiate.

Joe was born on March 23, 1953 in Roswell, New Mexico to Joseph S. Sr. and Bessie Latham Wilson. They both preceded him in death.

On July 4, 1971 he married Patricia Pat L. Sanders in his hometown. She survives him at the family home.

He worked for Valley Glass Company for 36 years before starting his own business. He was a member of a Torah group of Messianic Jewish faith. He leaves behind many friends who have shared in his life. He was a loving husband and father. He loved the outdoors and was always ready to help those in need.

Other survivors include his daughter, Tammy Wilson-Roen and her husband Todd of Texas, and his sisters, Elma Ruff of Great Falls, MT, Sue Wilson of Lubbock, TX, Bobbie of Clovis, NM, and Nancy Johnson of Arizona.
