Our beloved father, grandfather, brother and uncle was called to his eternal resting place on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. He entered this world on September 5, 1934 in Roswell, NM, born to Juan and Francisca Najar.
Lencho was a strong believer in God, very smart, strong, energetic, and hardworking man who always tried to stay busy. He loved to sing and play the guitar, but most of all he loved family time. Lencho’s last wishes are for his children to carry his name and bloodline in a positive and strong way, for everyone to get along, love each other and not to hold a grudge, life is too short. Lencho will be missed deeply by all who knew him.
Those left to cherish the memories forever are his sons Jesse (Florinda) Najar, Lorenzo (Trish) Najar, Ralph Najar, Adam Najar, Jimmy (Michelle) Najar, and Richard Najar; daughters Erminda (Richard) Gonzalez, Mary Najar, Monica (Flaco) Cortez, Edna Najar and Dolores (Leonzio) Rodriguez; brother Phillip Najar and sister Nellie. Don't be sad, don't keep crying, I lived a long, long life and had an amazing family and I did
all I could do here, and it was my time to go be with my beautiful wife and my kids who have
been waiting for me for so long. Don't be sad for me, I have waited for this day and I can't
stop smiling since I have seen my beautiful family. Keep on going and live the best life you can
and love each other and help each other every day until it's your time to come home with
our Father. I will be here waiting to see you and I will have my arms open wide to hug you and
hold you when you get here. Put God first every day because without him you will never have
anything. This is not goodbye, but I'll see y'all later and I don't like y’all, but I sure do love y'all.
