Jim Harman

Graveside services are scheduled for 11 am, Friday, January 24, 2014 at Hagerman Cemetery for Jim Harman, 70, who passed away on Monday, January 20, 2014 at Bender Terrace Nursing Home in Lubbock, TX. Herbert Gage of Hagerman First Baptist Church will be officiating. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, January 23, 2014 from 12 7 pm at Ballard Funeral Home

Jim was born January 12, 1944 in Hagerman, New Mexico to Clarence Harman and Ethel Courtney Harman, both preceded him in death. Jim is also preceded in death by his wife Kathleen Rhodes Harman.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son Randy Harman and wife Lori and their children Logan and Jessica his daughter Karrie and her children Zack, Michael, Brittany and Dakota brother Charlie and sisters Mable, Bertha, Annabelle, Reba and Shirley.

Jim was a life time farmer, truck driver and resident of Hagerman he enjoyed fishing, yard work and gardening.

Serving as pallbearers are Bobby Rhodes, Tommy Jay, Johnny Metcalf, John Allen Metcalf, Zack Harman and Michael Chipps. Honorary pallbearers are John Henry Sparks, Clifford Rhodes and Frank Rhodes.
