Jeffrey Taschner

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 am, Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Ballard Funeral Home for Jeffrey Alan Taschner , 55, who passed away Thursday, November 27, 2014 in Dalton, MA. Pastor Troy Grant of Berrendo Baptist Church will officiate.

Jeffrey was born February 23, 1959 in Bitburg, Germany to Vern Taschner and Barbara Treutel Taschner. He is preceded in death by his brother Christopher Taschner.

Those surviving him are his mother Barbara Dotson and her husband Wallace of Roswell, NM father Vern Taschner of Golden Valley, NV sons Daniel Taschner and wife Arin of Artesia, NM and David Taschner and wife Kyla of Corpus Christi, TX aunt Kathleen Guelzow and Uncle Robert Treutel of Rapids, WI five grandchildren special friend Susan Cornellier of Dalton, MA numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Jeffrey retired as a Lieutenant at the Roswell Correction Center after twentyone years. He enjoyed playing golf, hunting and being outdoors. Jeffrey had a GTO when he was younger and loved working on old muscle cars.
