No services are scheduled at this time for Jack L. Orr, 91, who passed Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center. Jack will be cremated according his wishes.

Jack was born November 27, 1920 in Porterville, CA to Charles and Alice Woolly Orr. His parents preceded him in death. He is also preceded in death by his wife Willa Mae Jarrett Orr his daughter Linda Schafer and his brothers Delwin Orr, Dennis Orr and Bill Bates.

He is survived by his daughters Janet Long of Hagerman, NM and Anita Graham of Moses Lake, WA and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jack lived in Roswell for about six years coming from Washington State. He served our country in U.S. Navy during WWII. Jack was a member of the Masonic Lodge. He really loved to listen to his music.

In lieu of flowers the family requested that donations be made to the Shriners Childrens Hospital, 2900 Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL. 33607 or The Salvation Army, 612 E. College, Roswell, NM 88201.
