Beloved Father, Son, and Friend left our world on Thursday, July 28, 2016. Isaac had just celebrated his 24th birthday, sadly it would be his last.
Isaac is survived by the angels of his life, his 2 children Audrina Montes and Isaac Montes both of Roswell; father and best friend Ralph A. Tellez and companion Amy McVay-Davis of Roswell; mother Enedina Montes McElwee and her husband Ron of Roswell; grandmother Rose Gonzales; sister Anastacia Montes; brother Ralph Zamora and his wife Sue and family of Albuquerque, NM; Jonathan Tellez and his wife Suzanne and family of Flagstaff, AZ. Isaac is also survived by loving and beloved extensive Tellez family; aunt Lisa Brackeen and husband Eric and family; uncle Steve Trujillo; cousins and dear friends Sonny Ray Lujan and Jesse Trujillo; brothers at heart Alec and Bryce Davis; mothers of his children Alexia Leyba and Destinee Salyndia and many other beloved family members and friends all so very special and close to his heart. Special childhood and lifelong friends Jack Cassels, Paxton McGonagle, Dominic Burrola and best friend Zachary Wilks.
Isaac had many adults in his life who helped him become the man he was; Santiago Vasquez, Rene Gonzales, Bobby Archuleta, Joe Trujillo, Andrew Gamboa, and the late Andres "Jug" Rivera. As a young child Isaacs special spiritual guidance came from the Rev. Verdell Taylor of Lawrence, Kansas. It was this body of people that shaped his personality that became larger than life. Words cannot express the impact these men had on his life.
The endless infectious smile of Isaac to never be forgotten, always dressed of perfection and smelling good.
No greater joy to Isaac than his brightest stars; Princess Audrina, and Prince Baby Isaac both such a strong resemblance of their father.
Isaacs passions besides spending time with family and friends were youth sports over the years, paintball and paintball competitions for many years, hunting since he was a child, and most of all the very special relationship and friendship between him and his father a mutual love like no other.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm, Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Ballard Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rick Hale of Grace Community Church officiated and Mike Tellez assisting. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Ballard Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.

Dear Son in Heaven
I sit here and ponder how very much
I'd like to talk to you today
There are so many things
That we didn't get to say
I know how much you care for me
And how much I care for you,
And each time that I think of you
I know you'll miss me too.
An angel came and called your name
And took you by the hand and said
Your place was ready in Heaven, far above . . .
And you had to leave behind, all though you dearly loved
You had so much to live for, you had so much to do . . .
It still seemed impossible, that God was taking you.
And though your life on earth is past, in Heaven it starts anew
You'll live for all eternity, just as God has promised you.
And though you've walked through Heaven's gate
We are never far apart
For each time that we think of you,
You're right here, deep with-in our hearts.
ISAAC M. MONTES WE LOVE YOU AND WILL NEVER FORGET YOU FOREVER AMEN!!!!!!
