Harold L. Shipman

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Ballard Funeral Chapel, for Harold L. Shipman, 69, of Roswell who passed away on March 9, 2007, at a local hospital. Elton Dilbeck of West Country Club Church of Christ will officiate.

Harold was born on October 14, 1937 in Dallas Texas, to Harold W. Shipman and Winona Click. Both of his parents have preceded him in death, as well as, his wife Marjorie K. Shipman

Harold was in the U.S. Navy, he was a member of the Roswell Gun Club, Good Sams Club, and National Rifle Association.

Harold owned his own irrigation business for many years, but he retired from Roswell Parks and Recreation.

Harold is survived by his sons Harold D. Shipman of Garland, Texas and Mark

Shipman, his daughter Linda K. Sanchez of Gilbert, Arizona and twelve grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ballard Funeral Home and

Crematory.
