Geneva Lee Bruce

A graveside service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 23, 2009 at South Park Cemetery for Geneva Lee Bruce, 88, of Roswell who passed away November 19, 2009 at Mission Arch Care Center. Rev. Danny Sons of Midway Assembly of God will officiate.

Geneva was born on May 25, 1921 to V.P. Jennings and Cora Smith Jennings in Brady, TX. Her parents have preceded her in death as well as two sisters and one brother.

Geneva is survived by her son: Ernest L. Bruce of Roswell; her daughter: Alice L. Prag of Roswell; her brother: V. Jennings, Jr. of Oregon; and family friends Connie McDonald and Tammy Huff of Roswell.

Geneva has lived in Roswell for 64 years and enjoyed going to the Adult Center and Joy Center. She also loved flowers.

The family request that In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in Ms. Bruce name to the Arthritis Foundation New Mexico Chapter, P.O. Box 8022, Albuquerque, NM 87198.
