Frank Salcido Sr.

Frank Salcido Sr. was born on February 27, 1943 to Flora Salcido Peyton who preceded him in death he was also preceded in death by the love of His life Marget Salcido, a brother Jacob Peyton, nephew Christopher Ray Peyton, and niece Paulette Peyton. He joined them in Heaven on December 13, 2009. Frank is survived by his three kids, Frank Salcido Jr., Celest Salcido and Alex Salcido all of Roswell, two sisters Arcelia Peyton of Albuquerque and Abby Lopez of Roswell, three brothers Albert Peyton of Roswell, Eusivio Salcido of Albuquerque and Michael Salcido of Denver, Co, and numerous grandchildren nephew and nieces. Frank served his country well fighting in the Armys 101 Air Born unit in Vietnam, he also loved to carve old pieces of wood into beautiful pieces of art. He would stay up all night with his most famous piece which he names Wood Eye this piece he won awards at the state fair and was placed in the Roswell Museum for a period of time.

A rosary will be held in his honor on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. and a memorial service is scheduled for Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Ballard Funeral Home Chapel.
