Faustina Garcia

February 25, 1941 — January 26, 2017

Faustina Garcia, 75, beloved Mother, Sister, and Wife, was called to her eternal resting place on, Thursday, January 26, 2017. She entered this world on February 25, 1941 in Romita, Guanajuato, Mexico, born to Tranquilino and Carmen Gonzales.
Faustino came to the United States 40 years ago to pursue a better life. She attended St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and loved to sing hymns. Faustina loved birds and enjoyed raising them in her home. She loved to cook and happily did so for her family and friends. Faustina loved her grandchildren and treasured every moment she had spending time together with them. She placed her children first and selflessly made sure they were taken care of and the family was united during her life. Faustina was a blessing to all who crossed her path and will be greatly missed.
Faustina was preceded in death by her parents Tranquilino and Carmen Gonzales; husband Ignacio Garcia; and brother Antonio "Indio" Gonzales-Ramirez.
Faustina is survived by her son Reyes (Maria) Garcia of Roswell; son Ignacio (Juana) Garcia of Mexico; sister Consuelo Gomez Garcia of Mexico. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and numerous greatgrandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 from 12 - 6pm at Ballard Funeral Home with the reciting of the rosary to follow at 6pm. Funeral services will be held at 10am on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Ballard Funeral Home.

Faustina Garcia de 75 años, Madre, Hermana y Esposa amada fue llamada a su lugar de descanso eterno el 26 de Enero, 2017. Ella nacio el 25 de Febrero, 1941 in Romita, Guanajuato, Mexico a Tranquilino y Carmen Gonzales.
Ase 40 años, Faustina llego a los Estados Unidos para preseguir una vida major. Ella atendio a la Parroquia Catolica de San Juan Bautista y le gustaba mucho cantar los cantos. A Faustina le encantaban los pajaros y los mantenia en su casa con placer. Le gustaba mucho cosinar y con gusto lo hacia para su familia y amistades. Faustina amaba a sus nietos y para ella cada momento con ellos era un tesoro. Siempre sus hijos eran primero sobre todo, aseguraba que ellos tubieran el cuidado major y que siempre fueran unidos. Faustina fue una bendicion a todos los que la llegaron a conocer y sera extrañada por todos.
A Faustina la preciden en muerte sus padres, Tranquilino y Carmen Gonzales; su esposo, Ignacio Garcia; y su hermano, Antonio "Indio" Gonzales-Ramirez.
A Faustina le sobrevive su hijo Reyes (Maria) Garcia de Roswell; hijo Ignacio (Juana) Garcia de Mexico; hermana Consuelo Gomez Garcia de Mexico, tambien le sobreviven 18 nietos y algunos bisnietos.
La familia aceptara visita el Martes, 31 de Enero, 2017 de 12 a 6 pm en la Funeraria Ballard con el Rosario celebrado a las 6 pm. Su funeral se llevara acabo a las 10 am el Miercoles, 1 de Febrero 2017 en la Funeraria Ballard.
