A prayer service is scheduled for 7:00 p.m., Friday, June 5, 2009 at the Ballard Funeral Home Chapel for Fabiola Ruiz, 40 of Roswell who passed away June 3, 2009 at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center. A funeral service is scheduled for 9:00 a.m., Saturday, June 6, 2009 at the Ballard Funeral Home Chapel. Catarino Munoz of La Gracia de Jesucristo will officiate. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery.

Fabiola was born on April 13, 1969 in El Paso, Texas to Rogelio Ruiz and Guadalupe Ultreras Ruiz. Her parents survive her.

Fabiola is also survived by her aunts and uncles: Maria Ultreras, Soledad and Felipe Herrera, Manuel and Andrea Ultreras, Marialena and Armando Tavizon and Josefina Ultreras; and her cousins: Irma, Lupe, Norma, Jesus Cardoza, Alma, Lupe, Paula, Monica Ultreras, Manuel, Mario, Gerardo, Idalia Ultreras, Margarita, Armando, Adriana, Marisol Tavizon.

Fabiola moved to Roswell 13 years ago from El Paso, Tx. She graduated from ENMU- Roswell. She had driven city bus 936 in Roswell for about 4 years. She enjoyed her art and collected stuffed animals.

Pallbearers will be Alberto Gamboa, Enrico Ultreras, Manuel Ultreras, Serapio Gonzalez, Miguel Laris, and Manuel Munoz.
