Eliser Mireles

On this day we would like to gather together to celebrate the life of the woman who was the center of our universe. Eliser L. Mireles was 89yrs old, born January 13, 1926. She was taken by our Lord and Savior on December 8, 2015, where she was surrounded by her family.

Eliser is survived by 7 children, 25 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

She was born and raised in Arabella NM. She is a sibling of 6 brothers and 1 sister who preceded her in death. She leaves behind one surviving brother Carlos Lucero.

Eliser was a strong, loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother and friend; she will be greatly missed by all those she leaves behind. She is preceded in death by her husband of 60yrs Eloy Mireles, daughter Juanita Natividad, grandsons Nicky Natividad, James Natividad, and Christopher Mireles, son in-laws Elias Natividad and Rance Parks.

Those left behind to cherish her memories are her children: Eddie and wife Jesse of Odessa TX, Gilbert and wife Renee of San Antonio TX, Eloy and wife Jeannie of Rio Rancho NM, Thomas and wife Gracie of Dexter NM, Delia and husband Lawrence of Dexter NM, Abel and wife Margaret of Roswell NM and Ruby.

Services will be held Thursday December 10, 2015 at 7pm for rosary prayers at Ballard Funeral Home Chapel in Roswell NM. Mass services will be held Friday, December 11, 2015 at 1pm at Dexter Immaculate Conception Church in Dexter, NM, with burial to follow at South Park Cemetery in Roswell, NM. Pallbearers will be Bobby Joe, Danny, Michael, Matthew, Brian, Poncho, Jeffrey, John, Mark, Ricky and E.J. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jessica, Bianca, Rebecca, Deirdre, Melissa, Melinda, Samantha, Sonya, Nikki and Veronica.
