A rosary is scheduled for 7:00 p.m., Friday, September 18, 2009 at Ballard Funeral Home Chapel for Elisabeth Kimbrell, 81 of Roswell who passed away September 15, 2009. A funeral mass is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 19, 2009 at St. Peters Catholic Church. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery.

Elisabeth was born in Munich, Germany on January 3, 1928 and married William George Kimbrell in February of 1953 in Germany. Her husband and parents have preceded her in death as well as her brother Hans.

Elisabeth is survived by her sons; Joseph Kimbrell of Albuquerque and Richard Kimbrell and his wife Yolanda of Roswell; her daughter: Edith Susan Capra and her husband David of Houston, TX; her sister: Charlotte Wagner; as well as her six grandchildren an four great-grandchildren.BR Elisabeth has lived in Roswell for over 40 years and was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church.

Pallbearers will be Judge Freddie Romero and Anthony Matta. Honorary pallbearers will be Zachary David Capra, Tate William Capra, Eric Chadwick Schmidgal, Lance Beus, Adam Spencer Callens, John Kimbrell, Joseph Lopez, Vic Gillean, Wallace Dotson, Billy Gubara and Robert Perez.

The family would like to thank the staff at Heartfelt Manor and Vista Care Hospice for their loving care of our loved one.
