Donald Weber, 81, of Roswell passed away Saturday, May 23, 2009, at his home.
Donald was born November 18, 197 in Kent, Ohio. Donald was a hardworking man, until his disability in 1981. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. In his early years he was a deputy sheriff, he loved to race motorcycles and cars. He moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1961, was a contractor, and also was a car salesman. In 1977, he bought a cocktail lounge in Glendale, AZ. He sold it when he became disabled and afterward he bought a motor home with his wife and traveled the United States, then came to Roswell in 1999 and settled here.
He is survived by his wife, Billie S. Weber of Roswell, two stepdaughters, Carol Anne Linson and Anette M. Mader of Roswell, one stepson, Douglas W. Mader of California, two grandsons, Clayton Thompson of Roswell and Kenneth Olan Mader of Yuma, AZ were he is stationed and 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and his son, Norman.
There will be no services as to his wishes.
