Delia is preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Bailey, and her son Bruce R. Bailey Sr. along with her father Guadalupe Barbosa, her mother Maria De La Luz Barranco, and brothers Perfecto Barbosa Sr. and Francisco Barbosa.

She is survived by her eldest son Robert Bailey Jr., her grandson Bruce Randy Bailey Jr, and her loving sister Marie O. Barranco who was also Delia’s caregiver for her remaining years with us, along with many nieces and nephews.

Delia was not only a wife and mother, she also worked with the Special Education students at Hagerman Municipal Schools. From there Delia worked with the State of New Mexico HELP program before she retired in 2002-2003. Delia was a member of the Catholic Daughter’s with her church.

Visitation will be held at St. Catherine Catholic Church in Hagerman, NM. on Thursday, January 23, 2025. Recitation of The Holy Rosary at 10:30 am and Mass will begin at 11:00 am. Please join us to say our final farewell.

A Christian Burial will follow at the Hagerman Cemetery.
