Dalila Quadros

Dalila Quadros was born on November 9, 1925 in Lorenzo, Texas to Jesus Jose Jimnez and Soledad Espinoza Jimenez. She was called home by her Heavenly Father on Thursday, November 29, 2012. Visitation will be Sunday, December 2, 2012 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Ballard Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be Monday, December 3, 2012 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Herbert Gage, officiating, at Ballard Chapel with burial following at South Park Cemetery.
Dalila was retired from St. Marys Hospital where she worked for over 29 years. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, gardening, and made many quilts for members of her family.
Dalila was preceded in death by her husband, Ruben Quadros parents, Jose and Soledad Jimnez brothers: Daniel E. Jimnez and David E. Jimnez sister, Dora J. Garcia. She is survived by her children, Dinah Foote and her husband, Randy of San Francisco, CA Liz Nelson and her husband, Mike, of Edwardsville, IL and Frank Lujan and his wife, Lia, of Albuquerque, NM. Grandchildren: Renee Grover, Michael Nunez, and David Regalado, a very special greatgranddaughter, Gabriella Regalado that brought her sunshine and joy that could make Dalila smile Two brothers: Joe and Gilbert Jimenez two sisters: Delia Hernandez and Domie McCarty.
Pallbearers will be Steve Hernandez, Cecil Dowdy, David Walter Jimnez, Frank Lujan, and Rita Garcia. Honorary Pallbearers are Steve Hernandez, Joe Jimnez, Gilbert Jimnez, and Lazaro Garcia.
