Clara Blair

Clara “Louise” Ford Lucas Blair passed away peacefully on November 5, 2021. She was born on March 5, 1924 in Bozeman, Montana to Lula B. and Albert Duane Ford, Sr. who proceeded her in death. Louise had two siblings, Albert Ford and Ruth Kendrick who also preceded her in death.

On August 28, 1943, Louise married Chester T. Lucas. She had two stepsons, Don and Richard Lucas who preceded her in death as well as her husband, Chester Lucas who passed away in 1985.

On December 12, 1987, Louise married Robert “Bob” Udell Blair. On July 10, 2012, Bob passed away shortly after the Blair’s moved to Villa Del Rey. Bob is survived by two sons, David and Bobby and his wife Sharon. Bobby and Sharon have three children, Jason, Lori and her husband Joe Calloway, and Kelsey. David has one son, Patrick and his wife Lauryn.

Louise also has two nephews, David Kendrick of Lewiston, ID and Dick Kendrick of Easton, PA and their families. Louise also has two nieces and another nephew in California. In addition, Louise’s sister-in-law, Lola Duff resides in Decorah, IA.

Louise is survived by seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

There will be no service at Louise’s request. However, donations can be made to Louise’s favorite charity, the Assurance Home, 1000 E. 18th St., Roswell, NM 88201.
